Hello to all my Lukens cousins and their children. You will be able to tell by the end of your visit that        I Love genealogy. I have ate, breathed and slept with it for over the past 38 years.

  By the way my name is Kathleen Lukens I was born in the Windy City,but after having lived in

  several states I wound up here in southern Ohio, I guess cause Chicago was to windy, California

  was to expensive, Vegas was to fast and Michigan was to cold. And they say Ohio is a poor man's state.      Never the less my extensive research has taken me to many Cities, States, Churches, Cemetery"s

  Library's,Hall of records,census, personal Bibles and many Public Contacts.And I would like to say that all     though some of my works may not be one hundred percent accurate you will find that it is quite close. But     however if you find that a family has an actual account of a correct date or a correct spelling of a name      then with some verification, I will be more then happy to change,delete,or add to it.And if you are just        out their researching, I hope this sight has helped you.

  So if you don't have to run off to work or clean the house or walk the dog, then pull up a chair

  with a good cup of coffee or ice tea if you prefer and relax because theirs an awful lot to gander at.

     My family insisted that I had to say something about myself when I designed this web site,     and who am I to argue, after all they agreed to be the ones to change and feed me my baby       pablem and tuck my teeth into my jar at night during my old age instead of sending me off to a     nursing home. So it goes something like this.

   My husband and I have five wonderful children two boys are his and two boys are mine and      we have a daughter together. My oldest son is Michael he's married to Pam and they have a       daughter Alexandria. Then theres my second son Aaron he and his wife Sophia live out west.       Oh I forgot this was suppose to be about me well lets see I started work at age fifteen in a       plastic factory at night while still going to school during the day so I lied about my age. didn't      most of us do that back then when we wanted a job well ok then see your no different, and         after school I got married like most girls did,.. I moved to california went to college got my         degrees in Fire Science, So you guessed it right !  ... I mean my profession, that's right I was a   Fire Captain working for the largest County in the United States, San Bernardino Co, Ca.  I had    22 wonderful men and women in my crew which I might add I miss them alot. We were a great      team. Well that was then and this is now, no time to reminisce. By the way that's where I met    this great guy he was a Paramedic and as they say the rest is history. Well that's all there is    there ain't no more. I know, boring well what did you expect something a little more juicy their     has to be some skeletons left in my closet. 

    My hobbies are simple like me. I Love Genealogy I love to knit and crochet, crafting

  I love to be in my garden. I can't stand to be indoors.

  I love to travel by way of four wheels hugging the hiway.

  And I really think it would be great to sing but I tried it and I sound like an old croaking frog        

    Pets, yes I have pets  I have 7 cute little big eyed chihuahuas and are they spoiled rotten

but that's my fault. they have there usual toy box filled with toys I only wish they would learn to   put them back when there done playing. They have there own king size bed mine, well at least they   think it's theirs .... chili bean, biscuit, and bailey, baxter,tater teddybear and Willie Nelson lives    with us to can't forget him he's our half yorkie and half chihuahua he sings good but not as good

as the real Willie can wale
